New Cello Teacher

Cheshire School of Music has a new cello teacher and we are now very excited to be able to offer our students cello lessons with Abby Hayward.

Abby graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a Masters in Music Performance with distinction before returning to Scotland to join the Big Noise team in Govanhill Glasgow, where she taught around 500 children and adults a week as a lower strings tutor.

Currently a member of the Aurea Quartet, with whom she won the St Martin-in-the-Fields Chamber Music Competition and several residencies in London and Scotland, she plays frequently throughout the UK and Europe and has given several performances for BBC Radio 3 and Radio Scotland.
